We combined an excellent hotel base, natural assets of the Mazurian Lakes, the latest trends in cosmetology and wellness as well as beneficial effects of water to create a place where your mind and body will rest and relieve stress.
The Hotel SPA Dr. Irena Eris Wzgórza Dylewskie materializes the idea of SPA as a synonym for luxury and holistic approach to physical and mental health today.
The Dr. Irena Eris Skin Care Institute located at the hotel offer a wide range of advanced and innovative face and body beauty treatments, massages, water treatments, dermatologist’s advice, hairdressing and much more.
The area around the hotel encourages trekking and bicycle excursions. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of the Dylewo Hills Landscape Park, near one of the highest places of the Polish lake districts. i.e. Wysoka Wieś (High Village) in the Ostróda district. Bewitching morainic hills and lake valleys are one of the most beautiful and pure regions in Poland. The terrain is very diversified. Here you can find hills to climb in summer or to ski in winter, although as an amateur rather than a professional skier.

The Hotel SPA Dr Irena Eris offer 97 comfortable rooms and apartments, of which 88 in the main building and 9 in the Forest House, an exclusive residence located at a distance from the complex.

Dr Irena Eris Skin Care Institute is located on the hotel premises. The Institute has 35 rooms, and includes the following: beautician’s parlour, therapist’s massage parlour, beauty treatment parlour, hydro massage, endermologic massage, NeoQi capsule massage, rooms with Scottish jet douche, a hairdresser’s salon, manicure-pedicure parlours, a dermatological room, and, a safe tan parlour, an alternative to a solarium.
Exclusively in our hotel, “Eden – All senses”, a series of cosmetic body treatments, is available. The treatments that improve the condition of your skin, and restore the harmony of your body are effective thanks to special cosmetics, special surroundings, and the stimulation of the sense of touch (massages), smell (aromas), sight (colours), and hearing (murmur of water and relaxing music).
To choose a proper cosmetic treatment, your skin is diagnosed by means of special equipment. Dermatological advice from a doctor is available.
Treatments based on the latest findings in cosmetology and the curing powers of water deserve special attention. You can select a programme suited to your individual needs, depending on the kind of need and the length of stay.
In the Dr Irena Eris Skin Care Institute, every guest has a variety of specially designed face and body treatments to choose from. The treatments are suited to the individual needs of the skin, even the most sensitive. You can have a massage (body massages: classic, Institute’s massage of the neck and the back, stimulating foot massage, hot stones massage, Mauri), jet douche, beading bath, and various treatments in NeoQi.
Relaxing music and soothing aromas accompany many of the treatments. In all treatments from the unique Care Programme Prosystem cosmetics, professional Dr Irena Eris cosmetics are used. Intended for use exclusively in beautician’s parlours, the cosmetics are highly effective, which has been proved, inter alia, by a separate Dr Irena Eris Scientific Research Centre.
A cosmetic outlet and a hairdresser’s salon are also located in the Institute.

Region description:
Mazury Lakes is a name describing northern and eastern part of Poland. In a broader meaning Mazury Lakes are Green Lungs of Poland- the terrain is covered with lush forests and has a big number of rivers and lakes. Mazury Lakes is not only a geographic region but also a scenic, historical and promotional one.
It often happens that foreign tourists who come to Malbork or visit Elbląg Channel think they visit Mazury. It is similar because of television that includes Mazury region in a very broad way- for example Olsztyn is sometimes called the capital of Mazury Lakes whereas geographically it lies in Warmia region.
